Willow River is a village in the eastern central Interior of British Columbia, within the Fraser-Fort George Regional District.
It is located about 16 miles northeast of the city of Prince George as the crow flies.

Willow River Station lies along BC Rail's Grand Trunk Line and is served by a semi-express Rapid and a stopping Local services. The Ktunaxa Rapid (Trains 711.1–2/712.1–2) trains, which run twice daily each way between Prince George and Valemount, and Local Trains 7009E.1-2/7010E.1-2, an international service running twice daily in each direction between Prince George and Jasper, Alberta, Canada all make timetabled stops at Aleza Lake.
Road
The Upper Fraser Trunk Road runs through the eastern edge of Willow River.
