Tsuniah Lake Lodge Airport (MTC LID: BAF4) is an airfield located in the settlement primarily used by general aviation, but the Royal BC Air Force operate a weekly public route service between Comox and Prince George that stops at Tsuniah Lake.

Tsuniah Lake is the western terminus of Nemaiah Valley road, which runs east through Nemaiah Valley to meet Taseko Lake Road at Davidson Bridge; Taseko Lake Road meets the Alexander MacKenzie Highway (BC Highway 20) in Yunesit′in.
