Thrums is a village in central southern British Columbia, located within the Central Kootenay Regional District.
History
In 1959 dynamite set by extremist Doukhobors destroyed a three-foot section of the railway.

Thrums Station is located on BC Rail's Slluqan Valley Line. In addition to freight service, the village is served by Local trains running five times daily each way between Castlegar and Nelson (Trains 5101D.1-5/5102D.1-5), twice daily between Castlegar and Slocan City (Trains 5103D.1-2/5104D.1-2), and twice daily between Castlegar and Creston (Trains 5105.1-2/5106.1-2, operated jointly by BC Rail and CP Rail).
