Rose Lake is an unincorporated Post Office settlement in north western central Interior of British Columbia, within the Witsuwit′en Nation Indigenous Administrative District.
Rose Lake lies to the northwest of Burns Lake.

Rail
Two Local services on BC Rail's Grand Trunk Line call at Rose Lake Station. Trains 7003E.1-3/7004E.1-3 run three times daily between Hagwilget and Prince George, whilst Trains 7007E.1-5/7008E.1-5 run five times each day between Ganiks Laxha and Prince George. There is also freight service via a spur to the quarry and a fuel storage facility.
Road
The Yellowhead Highway (BC Highway 16) is Rose Lakes's arterial road, running east-west through the hamlet.
